These are the Terms and Conditions of MOEGAN PC, 100, IPPOKRATOUS STREET,  114 72 ATHENS – GREECE,  (hereinafter: “MOEGAN”)  which are applicable to all services of MOEGAN and every use of the website www.moeganofficial.com and underlying web pages (hereinafter: “website”).

By using the website, you agree to bind by these Terms and Conditions.  MOEGAN reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Content and this Site are offered at any time. We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Each MOEGAN bag, even of the same category, may have natural imperfections and vary slightly in dimensions, print and colour of materials, as these are natural and therefore unique. For this reason, it is possible that actual print and colours of materials may differ from the images displayed online. In addition, please consider that, since these are handmade creations, delivery may be delayed for up to 2 weeks in order for us to make sure that we give the necessary care in preparing them so that you take as much satisfaction in using our bags as we do in creating them!

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek Law and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
