RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return request
If for any reason you want to return an item that was not on sale at the time it was purchased, you can get a full refund provided that you complete our return form within 7 days from the delivery date. The item must be then returned within 14 days from submitting the return form.
Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is on your expense
We do not offer exchange for purchases on our website, only returns. Exchanges are available only on items purchased on sale.
If you don’t wish to exchange your purchase, a credit note will be issued to the value of the item when you purchased it. In case of a difference in the final balance, you will be issued a credit note, valid for one year, which can be used on your next purchase.
We will need 5 working days once we receive your product to process your return.
Return packaging
The return form along with the original receipt/invoice must be included in the return parcel, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Please note, MOEGAN is not responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Once shipped, the return package and its contents are the responsibility of the customer until the package has been received.
Important notice: We do not accept returns sent via Hellenic Post (ELTA), because items are often lost or seriously delayed.
Refund
The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the items at our faciities. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for your purchase. The amount may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on the bank.
Faulty items
If your item has a defect upon receipt, please contact us directly by sendng an email to the following address info@moeganofficial.com along with relevant photos, so that we can offer the most suitable solution.
Condition of the items
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including pouch and boxes). We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged – scratched, worn, or not in their original packaging.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.
The return process starts as soon as we receive the product. If your returned MOEGAN bag meets our standards (not damaged etc.) and as long as there is product availability at the time of return, we can dispatch the exchanged items.
If the above conditions are not met, MOEGAN has the right not to accept the return of the specific product. In this case, the product is returned to the sender, who bears the shipping costs.
