MOEGAN does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in Alpha Bank’s secure platform accepting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, and Diners

2. Bank deposit

In case of deposit in a bank account, number of your order should be included, as well as your name and surname. You must send the proof of deposit along with your name and order number within 3 working days to the email: info@moeganofficial.com to start preparing your order. Otherwise, it is canceled immediately.

• If you want to use your E-Gift Card to pay, please write down your special purchase code at checkout. 
• If your purchase exceeds the amount on your Gift Card, you can combine it with any other payment method. 

Payment Security

All payments made using debit/credit card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
